
L'Enclume
L’Enclume is an iconic riverside restaurant nestled in the Cumbrian countryside. Holding three Michelin Stars, one Michelin Green Star and five AA Rosettes, L’Enclume is renowned for its farm-to-table ethos and the passion and dedication of Simon Rogan and his team.

Our Key Contributions
Our involvement focused on creating a range of bespoke tableware that integrated perfectly with L’Enclume’s aesthetic and complemented its ever-changing seasonal menu. We travelled with Simon to Norway to visit our good friends at Odd Standard, and using Simon’s vision and ideas, we embarked on the creation of L’Enclume’s tabletop collection.
In keeping with L’Enclume’s naturalistic and rustic approach to cooking, the range is characterised by matte neutral plates with uneven shapes and organic textures. Durable and practical, these pieces needed to integrate seamlessly into both the considered kitchen and intimate dining areas.
We continue to work closely with Simon and his team not only at L’Enclume, but at Aulis, ION in Malta, Roganic and a number of Simon’s other establishments, supporting the team so that they can continue to offer an unparalleled level of service and culinary excellence.
